Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
If your product is defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and send you a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
